Trevor's Guide Service offers full day guided fishing trips in open water from Mid May-Freeze Up. Ice Fishing will start once the lake has safe Ice.
We are multi-species capable, giving the angler the ability to experience
a bunch of what Fort Peck has to offer.
Lake Trout can be fished at anytime during the season although methods/tactics change with water temperature. Vertical Jigging and trolling spoons with downriggers is the norm for open water.
Chinook Salmon They are typically fished from mid July thru September. Fishing can be slow in a typical year, but if you are willing to put in the time, We are fairly confident that we can put a King in the boat.
Walleye, Northern Pike and Smallmouth Bass will be the mainstay from May until Salmon fishing starts in July. Fort Peck has some very good fishing for all three in both numbers and size.
We will launch from one of the boat ramps in the Dam area of Fort Peck. We usually use the Fort Peck Marina, but may opt for a different Launch location based on weather conditions.
During your Open Water(boat) fishing day, We will provide the following:
Rods, Reels, Tackle, Bait, Gas, Snacks, Lunch, and non-alcoholic drinks.
The lunch/food we provide includes cold cuts, cheese and bread for sandwiches. Mustard/Mayo as well as PB & J (Trevor’s Favorite). Chips, cookies, bottled water and a couple different Pop varieties.
During your Ice Fishing day, We will provide the following:
